JumpRope — Warranty & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing JumpRopeManufacturer. We design and produce durable, customizable PVC and beaded jump ropes that meet international standards (ISO, SGS) and are phthalate-free. Warranty (12 months)

  • Coverage: New jump ropes are covered for 12 months from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund any defective product or component.
  • Shipping for Warranty: If a return is required under warranty, JumpRopeManufacturer will pay the shipping costs for the return related to the warranty claim.
  • What Is Not Covered: This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear (for example abrasion of cables used on rough outdoor surfaces), misuse, accidental damage, or cosmetic wear. Bare wire cables and other products identified on product pages as prone to rapid wear are excluded from warranty coverage. Clearance items and all customized/personalized products (including bespoke colors, handles, logos, or packaging) are not covered by this warranty.
  • How to Request Warranty Service: To initiate a claim, email info@pleval.com or call +86 188 5812 6258 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 China Standard Time). Please provide your order number, shipping address, email, and a brief description of the issue (photos or video can help). We aim to respond within 24 hours with instructions for the next steps.

Returns Refunds (Non-Quality Reasons)

  • Eligibility Window: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects, you must start the return within 90 days after you receive the item.
  • Condition for Return: Returned items must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. Products that show signs of use may be rejected or incur additional charges.
  • How to Return: Request a return through your account on https://jumpropemanufacturer.com/ or email info@pleval.com to receive return instructions and the proper return address. Include your order number, item name, purchaser name, shipping address, and email with the package.
  • Inspection and Processing: All returns are inspected upon receipt. Processing may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive the return. You will be notified once your refund is issued.
  • Costs and Deductions: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover handling and processing. The return shipment is your responsibility until JumpRopeManufacturer confirms delivery.
  • Non-Compliant: If a returned item does not meet the return conditions, we may return the item to you in the same condition we received it. Clearance items and custom/personalized products (including custom colors, handles, logos, or packaging) are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

  • Please keep proof of return postage until your refund is processed.
  • Provide clear order information with any return or warranty request to avoid delays.
