Refund & Returns Policy

At JumpRopeManufacturer, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our PVC and Beaded Jump Ropes We want you to be completely satisfied. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled. You have 30 days from the delivery date request a return for most purchases. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange except where required by.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please note the following requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (including tags, manuals, and any accessories).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable and Restricted Items

Some items cannot be returned. Examples include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers).
  • Gift cards.
  • able software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items (where hygiene or safety is a concern).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Custom or personalized items — see the Custom & Personalized Items section below for details.

Custom & Personalized Items

We offer customizable jump ropes so you can express your individual style. Please:

  • Custom or personalized jump ropes (including engraved, specially colored, or specially-sized products) are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or we shipped the incorrect item.
  • If your custom item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, we will replace it or issue a refund after inspection.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@pleval.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and a brief reason for the return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the address to return your item.
  3. Do not ship items back without authorization; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped). In that case, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error.
  • For high-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Inspection, Approval & Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received, we will inspect the item. Please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing.
  • After inspection, we will email you to confirm receipt and whether your refund or exchange is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds typically post within 7–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer take additional time.
  • If your return is denied, we will notify you with the reason and, if applicable, arrange to return the item to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds can take time to post.
  3. Contact your bank; it may have additional processing time.
  4. If you’ve completed the above and still have not received your refund, email us at info@pleval.com and we will investigate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  • Email info@pleval.com with order details and photos of the defect/damage.
  • If eligible, we will issue an RMA and provide instructions for returning the defective item. Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement.
  • Exchanges for a different model or size are handled as a return and new purchase (subject to availability and shipping charges).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, including but not limited to:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Obvious signs of use on items that should be unused.
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software) or similar items where the seal has been broken.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
  • If the item was marked as a gift or the gift-giver purchased and shipped it to themselves, refunds will be issued to the purchaser.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale unless defective.

International Orders

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
  • Return shipping from international customers is the customer’s responsibility unless we determine the item was defective or shipped in error.

Recommended Return Practices

  • Keep proof of postage and tracking information until your return is processed.
  • Pack items securely; we are not for returned items damaged in transit.
  • Use the RMA number on the outside of the package if provided.
