3.3 Account responsibility. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
Use License and Access
4.1 Limited license. JumpRopeManufacturer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited uses. You shall not use the Services for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to reverse-engineer our systems, to harvest data, or to circumvent any security or usage limits. Abusive or illegal conduct is strictly prohibited.
Products, Customization, Quotes and Orders
5.1 Product descriptions. We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions of our PVC and beaded jump ropes, customization options, colors, sizes, materials and specifications. Minor variations may occur in colors and dimensions due to manufacturing or display settings.
5.2 Custom orders and quotes. For custom ropes or factory-direct quotes, you may submit specifications. Custom orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and production tolerances. We will confirm price, MOQ, and estimated ship date before production begins.
5.3 Order acceptance. Submitting an Order is an offer to buy. Orders are accepted when we send you an order confirmation or ship the products. We may refuse or cancel Orders for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, pricing errors, failure to pass credit checks).
5.4 Pricing and payments. Prices shown are in the applicable currency and may include shipping and taxes when explicitly stated. You agree to pay all charges for your Orders, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
5.5 Sales tax and duties. You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees applicable to your Order, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
6.1 Shipping terms. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. For custom manufacturing, lead times will reflect production and shipping windows.
6.2 Risk of loss. Risk of loss and title typically pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment unless otherwise stated in the Order confirmation.
6.3 Delays. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or other factors beyond our control. We will assist in tracking and resolving issues.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
7.1 General policy. Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are posted on the site and apply to standard and custom products. Customized items are typically non‑refundable unless defective or produced outside the agreed specifications.
7.2 Defects and damages. If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within the time window stated in our Returns Policy, provide supporting photos and order details, and we will evaluate and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement, or refund.
7.3 Cancellation. Orders for standard stock items may be cancellable within a short window prior to shipment. Custom production generally cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun.
Intellectual Property
8.1 Our ownership. All content, names, logos, designs, graphics, images, product designs, software, and trademarks used in the Services are owned by or licensed to JumpRopeManufacturer. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8.2 Your content license. By submitting Content (including custom design requests, feedback, testimonials), you grant JumpRopeManufacturer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that Content to operate, promote, and improve our Services.
8.3 Trademark use. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written permission.
User Content and Community Conduct
9.1 User content standards. You may not submit Content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the Content you submit.
9.2 Monitoring and removal. We may monitor, review, edit, refuse, or remove Content at our discretion. We do not guarantee to publish any user submissions.
9.3 Customer reviews. If you post a review or testimonial, you grant us the right to feature it in marketing and product materials.
Warranties and Disclaimers

Termination and Suspension

Promotional Offers, Samples, and Trials
21.1 Offers. Promotional discounts, sample programs, or trial offers are subject to specific terms and may be time-limited or limited to specific quantities.
21.2 Misuse. Abuse of promotional programs may result in cancellation of offers and termination of accounts.

22.2 What to provide. For accurate quotes, supply desired rope type (PVC or beaded), length, color/pattern, handle preference, estimated quantity, and any special packaging or branding instructions.
22.3 Confirmation. We will respond with pricing, MOQs, lead times, and sample procedures. Do not proceed with production until you have received and accepted a formal confirmation.
