Welcome to JumpRopeManufacturer. This Shipping Policy Agreement explains how we process, pack, ship, and deliver orders for our customizable PVC and Beaded Jump Ropes. It applies to retail purchases, custom orders, and wholesale/factory-direct requests placed through our website or by direct inquiry. Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Processing Window: Most retail orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom and larger production orders require additional production time—typically 7–21 business days depending on quantity and customization.
- Business Days Defined: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Cutoff for Expedited Shipping: To qualify for next-day or 2-day services, please place your order by 11:00 AM PST on a business day.
- Order Changes: Address or shipping changes after an order has shipped may incur additional fees. Contact us immediately at info@pleval.com for assistance.
Shipping Carriers & Options
We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS. Available shipping methods vary by destination and may include:
- Standard (Economy) — reliable, cost-effective option
- Express / Priority (1–2 business days) — faster transit
- Priority Overnight (FedEx Priority Overnight) — next business day delivery, often by noon
- Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) — available for select international shipments to simplify customs
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous USA)
- Standard: 3–5 Business Days — West Coast orders often arrive in 3–4 days; East Coast orders can take up to 7 business days depending on route and carrier.
- Free Threshold: Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
- Express: 1–2 Business Days — available via FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail if ordered by 11:00 AM PST.
- Priority Overnight: Order by 11:00 AM PST for next-business-day delivery by noon (where available).
Alaska & Hawaii
- Standard: 3–7 Business Days — transit times vary due to routing.
- Express: 1–2 Business Days — available via FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail when ordered by 11:00 AM PST.
- Priority Overnight: Next-business-day delivery available via FedEx where service permits.
International Shipping
- Options & Transit Times: We worldwide via FedEx, DHL, UPS and other partners. Transit times depend on destination and service selected and are estimated at checkout.
- Longer Transit Countries: Some destinations — including certain countries not on our developed-countries list (notably Italy and Spain in some cases) — may experience extended transit times of 3–6 weeks due to customs processing or limited routing.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Unless you choose DDP, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges vary and are beyond our control.
- DDP Option: We offer a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service for many international shipments. Selecting DDP simplifies customs clearance but may increase shipping costs; contact us for a DDP quote.
Tracking, Delivery & Notifications
- Tracking: Once your order ships, we email a tracking number and carrier link. Use this to monitor progress and estimated delivery.
- Signature & Security: Some shipments may require a signature, especially for high-value orders. If you authorize leave-at-door delivery, you accept the risk of loss or theft after carrier delivery.
- Delivered But Not Received: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days. You may be asked to file a claim with the carrier; we will assist.
Damaged, Lost, or Misdelivered Shipments
- Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging and email us at info@pleval.com within 7 days so we can begin a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Shipments: Report missing packages to info@pleval.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and advise on next steps.
- Claims: Carrier claims typically require documentation (photos, order number, tracking). We assist but carriers manage final claim resolutions.
Address Errors, Refused & Returned Shipments
- Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate. For shipments returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal, the customer will be billed for return shipping and reshipment.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you with options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Insurance & High-Value Orders
- Insurance: Standard shipments include basic carrier liability. We strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for high-value or international orders. Contact info@pleval.com to add insurance.
Bulk, Wholesale & Custom Orders

- Lead Times: Customization and production add time—typical production lead times range from 7–21 business days depending on specifications and order size. Shipping estimates will be provided with your quote.
Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)

In general, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless items are defective or we shipped incorrectly. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service. For custom or bulk orders, shipping is quoted separately.
- Taxes: Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Import taxes and customs duties for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP is selected.
Delays & Force Majeure
- While we work with top carriers, shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather, natural disasters, strikes, holidays, or other events beyond our control. We will notify you of known delays and work to resolve issues promptly.
